We have a nomination for the least safety-conscious building design in the world. Created by Hong Kong-based architect James Law and Indian real estate company Wadhwa Group, this 37-storey building design is for real, and was intended to 'create a splash' (no pun intended) in the architectural world.
We think it's safe to say this design concept isn't going to go ahead (at least without significant safety changes implemented), but it's the thought that counts. Throw us up a safety barrier (or a safety net over the balcony) and we'll move right in.
