Nintendo Posts First Ever Annual Loss

In terrifying news for gamers everywhere, Nintendo - the company that singularly paved the way for all modern gaming experiences - posted a loss for the first time in history. While sales of Nintendo's current kingpin, the Wii, were slow, the company has really been hurt by having to sell its 3DS handheld system at below cost price.

Never fear, though, the Japanese gaming giant is already predicting a strong turnaround over the next 12 months, with the 3DS debacle coming to an end and the new Wii U being released later this year.
