Woman Gets Hurt During Sex; Gets Workers Comp Payout

In a win for sexually active workers worldwide, an Australian woman has been ruled in a Federal Court decision to be entitled to workers compensation for injuries she sustained in a 2007 one night stand in her hotel room while travelling for business.

Even more importantly, the male in question was required to make a statement to the court, and with a huge thank you to the Freedom of Information Act, we get to read it. The woman was injured when a light fell and hit her, and according to the 'friend' of the victim, they were "going hard” and he did not know if they bumped the light or it just fell off.

Even better, he added "I think she was on her back when it happened but I was not paying attention because we are rolling around.”  Well done, sir. Well done.
