What would you do if you were accused of murdering your friend? A homeless South Carolina man has offered to reveal the location of the victim's left foot - if prosecutors will grant him a plea deal. Because, you know, he didn't do it and everything.
Leslie Sandoval, 53, was charged with the murder of Seth Foster on February 25 and is currently detained in Anderson County jail. Sandoval maintains he has no memory of what happened on the January night Forster was killed due to heavy drinking.
Sandoval gave a written statement admitting he killed Foster and claimed to have recovered the knife used in the brutal killing. In spite of this, he also believes that prosecutor Chrissy Adams has a weak case which lacks a motive for the killing and that he would disclose the location of the left foot "depending on what kind of deal she wants to make."
