He is in court now, and after readily admitting to killing 77 people that day. He has plead Not Guilty, citing 'preventative self defence.'
If you weren't already convinced this guy needs to be locked up for the rest of his life, he has claimed that he should be treated as a 'hero' for carrying out the attacks. Not showing any signs of remorse in his court hearing, Breivik did shed a tear when his own propaganda film was played to the court room.
Capital punishment has been abolished in Norway, so it's looking like this guy is going to live regardless of his eventual sentence.
