New Toilet Land Speed Record
There are weird headlines, and then there is this. Jolene Van Vugt, who we know from Nitro Circus, has set a new land speed record for a motorized toilet, reaching a blistering 75 km per hour at Sydney Olympic Park last week. Van Vugt set the record over a 100-meter distance. Guinness World Records required the run to be made both directions (just in case the wind was pushing the toilet faster in one direction. There's a restriction you won't see every day.)
Sydney Olympic Park has seen some amazing, breathtaking events over the past 15 or so years, with the Sydney Olympics in 2000 obviously the gold standard. We are pretty sure this is next on the list.
